Why should I report an Issue with Chat Journal - Timeline Diary ?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Changes I would appreciate are 1) check boxes/to-do feature inside the chat stream, 2) more color themes (the bright theme is too bright, the dark themes are too dark).It seems great overall, but I find no way to change date of entry or to make an entry for any date other than "today".

I have a few suggestions that would personally make it even better, and they are the ability to add tags and categories to image entries, the ability to set a date and time other than the present for an entry in case you wanna insert it at a later date, and a web counterpart so users can input their entires on their PC.

I do wish there were more themes to choose from or maybe a customisable theme option and it would be great if you could swipe between the uploaded photos instead of having to open each one of them separately when you want to look through them.A very flexible app that takes playing around a bit to familiarize yourself with.

4. I've lost data because of this.I've been using this app for quite a while now and absolutely love the concept and its features.

5. I've noticed that if you create a new page different from the default one, when restoring data from Google Drive, the custom page doesn't get restored and you lost your data.

6. Suggestions are : it needs more themes and a unified page that sort all the chat bubbles into one streamlined article.

7. That would be especially bad considering it's a journaling app.Unique app: I love being able to "text" myself.

8. This app could take whatever you think of writing on a paper: diary, venting space, bullet journal, movie journal etc etc all under a familiar chat interface.

1. Fix Chat Journal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chat Journal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chat Journal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chat Journal" » Open Chat Journal - Timeline Diary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chat Journal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chat Journal - Timeline Diary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chat Journal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chat Journal - Timeline Diary " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chat Journal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chat Journal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chat Journal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chat Journal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chat Journal not working

2. Fix Chat Journal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chat Journal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chat Journal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chat Journal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
