Why should I report an Issue with CoVerse - Advice and Chat?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of CoVerse Inc. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It's great app, I love it cuz I feel more comfortable helping the others and happy when to express my thoughts 💭 All already great I guess...just if we can put different kind of theme like blue colour, pink etc to make it looks more attractive.

2. There's good customisation options as well as a light/dark mode; there are thoughtful features like adding conversations to favourites and deanonymize requests (which can be turned off).User friendly, and my #1 favorite app.

3. How long has this app been out and there's STILL no seen/read feature? For the love of God PLEASE, if u add a seen/read feature I will LITERALLY come back here and rate this app a 5/5⭐⭐Works pretty well and can be both interesting and funny depending on who you stubble upon.

4. Some way of hiding or muting other people's posts would be helpful.It's a good platform for meeting different people.

5. I've met nothing but kind people who have been very supportive and provided very wise solutions to my problems.

6. Besides, my profile pic sometimes suddenly gone by itself and I have to put it again everytime it happen.i gave it 3 stars because there's a couple of things that need to be fixed imo.

1. Fix CoVerse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CoVerse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoVerse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoVerse" » Open CoVerse - Advice and Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CoVerse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CoVerse - Advice and Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CoVerse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CoVerse - Advice and Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CoVerse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CoVerse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CoVerse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CoVerse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CoVerse not working

2. Fix CoVerse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CoVerse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CoVerse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CoVerse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
