About Data Clock

1. It’s ideal for long bus rides, waiting rooms or getting you through until your plan renews.

2. Buy data in small or large amounts to be used whenever you want.

3. It’s also good for when things get tight, with prices starting at under $1 for 15 minutes.

Data Clock Customer Insights

1. Pretty sure it doesnt even work sometimes (even though the clock is ticking) please add a function to notify us when it is using the data from our plans!!!!Before the update it worked mostly fine, with the exception of using up my plan data even if my data clock time was still running, but now it's awful.

2. I have confirmed this with speedtest, very asynchronous, just rude. The data clock idea just doesn't work as the associated app is BEYOND USELESS! In fact, it's uselessness taken to a art form! On top of that, you can't get hold of ANYONE to check it out and get things fixed! After MANY years with 2degrees it's reasonable to hope far better in the way of delivery.

3. Only good for streaming or downloading, as soon as the connection changes over from normal data to dataclock connection, you may as well forget about talking to your loved ones! I find this somewhat misleading and annoying if you get a call while using dataclock.

4. It would be useful if Mobile Data could be accessed offline, with payments held until and online connection can be made, otherwise, I'm not sure what this app is good for.Its good app for people who uses heaps of data.

5. It's quite frustrating for a service that's already quite expensive. What we are not told is the upload speeds are VERY f***ken slow! This makes the data useless for video chatting, the other person sees a low quality, pixelated, stuttering video.

6. Often displays "something went wrong" message when attempting to redeem free hour of data, and phone number has to be entered everytime after reopening app (this was not required before the last update).

7. I have been using it since its release and it has come in handy plenty of times, be it road trips, camping or other WIFI-less places where you would rather not worry about data usage.

8. BUT they haven't written it quite right and it WILL USE UP YOUR NORMAL DATA PLAN at the same time as the Data Clock plan.

9. Either way, app works fine now.I thought that this app would be useful to use when my wifi goes down, unortunately, I'm unable to log into the app when this happens, even when I top up Data and turn my mobile connection on.

10. Notification only comes after time has expired n all regular data is consumed.I love this app.

11. 2degrees been good about it, and had to reinstate my data packs.
