1. HOWEVER, unfortunately, it seems more than half the time the alarm just... Turns itself off at night? Or when I lock my phone??? If it weren't for that it would be perfect but unfortunately an alarm actually going off in the morning is a pretty important point for an alarm...lolThe app is great except that heaven forbid someone calls you while the alarm is going off and you can't turn it off until you complete all the puzzles!! The alarm plays over the phone call and it makes it really difficult to hear the person.

I understand that is how they fund their project, but it interrupts my time and is annoying, as instead of the advertisement being in the corner, or on the side of the phone, it takes up the WHOLE screen and takes a while to pass.It's a great, simple app for those of us who have trouble waking up in the morning.

3. It's annoying but in a kind of way where it's very easy to set up annoying, high-completely alarms because that's kinda what you want in an alarm app where it's very easy for you to memorize a repetitive alarm jingle and can easily tune it out after a week of consistent usage.

4. I check my alarms every night before bed to make sure they're on.This used to be my favorite clock app, having multiple activities to choose from, being able to select more than one, and the "difficulty" of each.

5. Other than this, I love the app and it's worked really well since I've been using it! It's got a few different puzzles to choose from; 2 different memory games (matching tiles and pattern sequence), math problems, a smile pic, and a random object pic.This app has honestly helped loads.

6. When it's fixed I'd be happy to redownload!It is a wonderful alarm app, with all the options and alarms you could ever want.

7. My only complaint is the ads; whenever you make an alarm, it usually shows a full ad on your screen, which can be irritating if you have a slow phone.

8. Everytime I try to open the app, it stays on the loading screen with the clock in it and never changes to my alarms list.

9. Sadly, I will have to switch alarm apps.This is a great app, when it's working.

1. Restart Challenges Alarm Clock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Challenges Alarm Clock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Challenges Alarm Clock" » Open Challenges Alarm Clock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Challenges Alarm Clock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Challenges Alarm Clock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Challenges Alarm Clock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Challenges Alarm Clock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Challenges Alarm Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Challenges Alarm Clock might not work.
