The Warehouse Customer Insights

1. Please fix issues and I will change my ratingIt was a good App but for the last couple weeks, it includes products not from the Warehouse!! And they charge huge postage fee which is mad... I am not using anymore! It is not The Warehouse App anymore! Do not use if you want to shop at the Warehouse!My wife usually completes this part for me I did it for the first time by myself so easy to fill out everything is there to guide me through to the end thank you to the warehouse.

2. It would be better if you could edit or delete product reviews though.Great service! Quick and easy... though the courier seems a bit slow on some items... beyond The Warehouses control but none-the-less it is the courier they select.Really like how easy it is to save things to a wishlist and then get alerts when they are cheaper.

3. Also if I search a specific brand or item (such as 'cats vs pickles') all those items get mixed in with other items that share keywords so I have to scroll more for the thing I want (such as cat food and cat towers getting mixed in).

4. Been a good app to make purchases but really putting me off using this app.Usually very good, but certain functions (such as click and collect and in-store availability) just keep breaking, and the function for seeing where exactly a product is in-store only works occasionally.

5. "Error occurred please try again later 🥴 It's so slow what happened to the app? It takes so long for a page to load 😕 my app is up-to-date, can't understand why its playing up.

6. Also like that I can have a few stores as favourites to see stock so can go to another store if I'm closer to it.I wanted to purchase 2 gift vouchers for 2 different people at 2 different addresses.

7. Other than that the app is okay.2/05/23 what's going on with the app? Error issues popping up when I try to browse.

8. Also I feel there should be a box to write a message.Since the new update, products are not loading that clearly can be seen on the online site.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix The Warehouse Issues

1. Fix The Warehouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart The Warehouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the The Warehouse App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Warehouse" » Open The Warehouse - New Zealand » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Warehouse » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear The Warehouse - New Zealand app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Warehouse servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Warehouse - New Zealand" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check The Warehouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Warehouse might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall The Warehouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Warehouse then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Warehouse not working


2. Fix The Warehouse Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Warehouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Warehouse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Warehouse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
