Why should I report an Issue with N Files - File Manager?

1. and i like when apps let us copy multiple times and paste all at once or individually in the folders we choose (very handy when doing some organizing) hope you guys consider this to make your app even more awesome.Everything works perfect except for installing apk files which is really annoying and really stopping me from doing my work property and incomplete so i really hope this problem will be fixed in next update!!! Because if not i will be forced to find a replacement which is sad because i really love ❤️ this App.... My android version is Android Q[10]Nice app.

2. Please add option to see large files and cache used by apps & individual storage analysis for both external and internal files.Coping & paste from internal to external file is not possible in this app.

3. Cannot show all videos in single pageGreat file manager.... I love it.... However..... You need to include a user fast scrolling capability to improve on the current need to repeatedly swipe the screen multiple times.

4. a great app overall , 1 problem and 1 recommendation i have : the problem is that I can't seem to paste into external drives from the phone using the app (the paste button won't click).

10. All the time... Pressing play again doesnt help, only exiting/re entering app entirely fixes it.

1. Fix N Files Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart N Files: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the N Files App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "N Files" » Open N Files - File Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for N Files » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear N Files - File Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from N Files servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "N Files - File Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check N Files app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, N Files might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall N Files. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall N Files then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing N Files not working

2. Fix N Files Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make N Files be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to N Files not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, N Files may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
