1. i want developers to kindly do something about it bcz working out without music is boring otherwise the app is great, go for it all the best!👍👍This is really a 👏good app, exercises are very effective but as it says that you will get wider chest in 30 days, it's not true, it has3 levels each of 30 days.
2. Still good thoughI can't say the exercises aren't great cos I will be lying if I say so, day 26 of the first level and the effects of the workout is ls already visible but I think the app can still improve cos it usually misbehaves at times which is very discouraging.
3. exercises are easy and much effective for a beginner (i'm a thick guy and went through the loops twice a day and feeling the difference in just a week🤞) though u can level up by compeleting the levels.
4. I am looking forward to trying it out.I love the workout... I can already feel the burning on my chest and it's only been 4 days... Can't wait to see some change after 10 days.
5. It would be nice to be able to increase the breaks between exercises, or adjust difficulty according to fitness level.Mine never works fully offline.
6. giving 1 star less bcz the app does not support playing music in the background i tried it a lot of time but failed.
7. First time I've done a push up routine where I spend less than 5 minutes and still feel the burn.
8. The first time I downloaded it, it opened but stopped working after a few minutes.
9. I know there's not a whole lot of chest workouts using zero equiptment but I hope to see at least a little more variety as I get farther into the app.I have downloaded this application several times and it just won't open.
10. If I have data, then you'll get the ads ...Like I've said before, doubt it works in 30 days but it does work if you stay consistent.
