1. After 7 years of using this app,I will look for a decent alternative.I was not able to download extra files to view workouts, tried the app on a different phone, and it worked, so it has to be something on the phone configuration that doesn't allow the download.

2. Please fix this bug... I need my training back!Love the ability to create own custom workouts (but weird they don't include sit ups as an exercise), but the app is very buggy (freezing, crashing etc) and doesn't have useful functions like storing records of workouts or linking to Google Fit.

3. However, when I transferred to Android I lost all of my subscription privileges.! I was asked to purchase again and was pronosed it would not charge me! I have not dared attempt this because if it doesn't work, I am out of pocket.

1. Fix Abs Workout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Abs Workout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Abs Workout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Abs Workout" » Open Abs Workout - Daily Fitness » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Abs Workout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Abs Workout - Daily Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Abs Workout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Abs Workout - Daily Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Abs Workout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Abs Workout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Abs Workout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Abs Workout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Abs Workout not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Abs Workout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.

3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Abs Workout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
