Why should I report an Issue with SDR Touch - Live radio via USB?

1. I gave it 4 stars because there is room for improvement in the user interface; fine control of frequency and bandwidth can be difficult using the touchscreen, although easily adjusted precisely by direct entry of the values.

2. I have watched the instructional videos on how to work the app but for $9 for the pro key , a brief set of instuctions on the apps home page would be expected.I had this application installed on my LG Android tablet for years, but I never fully learned it.

3. doesn't work on every device but it works awesome on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown phone, listening to FM on it now.

4. I purchased the "SDR Touch Key" but honestly would like to show the developer more gratitude than that! Thank you for bringing this to my phone! The software has some bugs yes but is still the most functional option for now.

5. My biggest complaint is there is no good way to fine tune a signal, yes there is the zoom funtion but if I zoom in too close and try to drag the tuning bar the whole screen moves.

6. I have a newer nextbook that it doesn't work on but another cheap tablet it works on albeit a little choppy.

9. A paid app should be polished and bug free.Great app, doesn't work well on the latest Android - disconnects at random.

11. It also works with rtl_tcp servers which is how I use it over my WiFi from my router using OpenWrt is running the server with my radio connected to the USB port.

1. Fix SDR Touch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SDR Touch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SDR Touch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SDR Touch" » Open SDR Touch - Live radio via USB » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SDR Touch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SDR Touch - Live radio via USB app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SDR Touch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SDR Touch - Live radio via USB" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SDR Touch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SDR Touch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SDR Touch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SDR Touch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SDR Touch not working

2. Fix SDR Touch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SDR Touch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SDR Touch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SDR Touch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
