1. It does provide cloud music access, which is nice.such a pity that I am leaving this app after almost 3 years of building up a playlist! the app is great and the recommendations are also good! The app has one huge problem... you can't download it for desktop and it doesn't have an app that works with the Samsung Galaxy Watch! Spotify does all these things so I can have the same playlists on all my devices! I travel a lot so it's important to me to be able to switch from one device to the next and have my music the same!!! Sad to go!! FIX THIS!!!This was such a great app, it was easy to navigate and great if you have songs that aren't going to be found on youtube.

2. Very easy to navigate at least!I have had google music for a long time and I have loved it! But now that they are switching to YouTube red (??) and that I very recently found out that you cant "download" songs for offline listening (you can only buy them).

3. The shutdown of this app is one of google's biggest mistakes.This is the best music platform I've used!!! I'm sad to hear that Google is getting rid of this app! 1. Fix YouTube Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YouTube Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YouTube Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YouTube Music" » Open YouTube Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YouTube Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YouTube Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YouTube Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YouTube Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YouTube Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YouTube Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YouTube Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YouTube Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YouTube Music not working
