1. It does provide cloud music access, which is nice.such a pity that I am leaving this app after almost 3 years of building up a playlist! the app is great and the recommendations are also good! The app has one huge problem... you can't download it for desktop and it doesn't have an app that works with the Samsung Galaxy Watch! Spotify does all these things so I can have the same playlists on all my devices! I travel a lot so it's important to me to be able to switch from one device to the next and have my music the same!!! Sad to go!! FIX THIS!!!This was such a great app, it was easy to navigate and great if you have songs that aren't going to be found on youtube.

2. Very easy to navigate at least!I have had google music for a long time and I have loved it! But now that they are switching to YouTube red (??) and that I very recently found out that you cant "download" songs for offline listening (you can only buy them).

3. The shutdown of this app is one of google's biggest mistakes.This is the best music platform I've used!!! I'm sad to hear that Google is getting rid of this app! They want to transfer all our existing music to YouTube..... ugh that is really annoying and I foresee problems, (especially with all the music I've purchased).

4. I find myself constantly screaming: "I hate youtube music!" I miss this app! I never leave reviews but I simply cannot stand this change! Google, this was a choice...This was an amazing app.

5. Which is why youtube music makes it a thousand times more difficult to manage my music! I cannot change the file information, if I close the app it stops the music, the interface is hard to get used to.

8. Great, easy to listen to, music variety is lacking, but can usually find the genre I need in a pinch.

9. The only issue I'm having with it right now (since last update) is that in the notification panel, it will not show up unless I have the "playback sound" on in the notification settings; which is annoying because every time I hit play, pause, skip a track, I hear that notification sound.

1. Fix YouTube Music Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart YouTube Music: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the YouTube Music App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "YouTube Music" » Open YouTube Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for YouTube Music » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear YouTube Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from YouTube Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "YouTube Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check YouTube Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, YouTube Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall YouTube Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall YouTube Music then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing YouTube Music not working

2. Fix YouTube Music Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make YouTube Music be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to YouTube Music not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, YouTube Music may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
