1. With there being remixes and different versions of alot songs, it would be helpful to be able to hear atleast the first few seconds of the song so we know we are playing the right song we want to play.

2. Other than that, the only complaints I have are not being able to click on the song in the queue, I like to see how long the songs are.

3. If you wanna check the queue, it doesn't show the queue beyond the first 5 songs.

4. I knew we were going to be in and out so I paid extra credits to hear my song.

5. It never even showed up in the queue after 45 minutes! We left and about 45 minutes AFTER we left I got a notification that my song is next up.

6. I've also had issues "liking" songs from the search functionWe usually go to our bar and hang for a few hours and play a bunch of music.

7. But the app doesn't tell you if the song got queued or not.

8. We pay extra credits to hear songs quicker especially when the bar is busy.

9. If I could add or make a suggestion for an update, it would be a preview feature of the songs before we play.

1. Fix TouchTunes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TouchTunes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TouchTunes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TouchTunes" » Open TouchTunes: Play the jukebox » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TouchTunes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TouchTunes: Play the jukebox app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TouchTunes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TouchTunes: Play the jukebox" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TouchTunes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TouchTunes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TouchTunes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TouchTunes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TouchTunes not working

2. Fix TouchTunes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TouchTunes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TouchTunes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TouchTunes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
