1. Sick of spending money for no result at allvery usefull, needs a usb printer male in/out cable ( basic from amazon) and adapter to use with an android phone (galaxy s8) when i tried a charge cable it obviously didnt work , i would guess that all the one star ratings this was the case too.I was having trouble with this App although the dtx400 touch works just fine, then i remembered i have a 480KSC.

2. On android with OTG adapter and usb type B cable the old DTX400 Touch app works great, but the new DTX202 touch does not work, even with the same cables.

3. Poor effort.Doesn't work or connect ive bought 5 different cables and none work, im using the dtx452k with an oppo a7x running colourOS and Android 8.1. Please help been trying all week and the update through the app doesn't do anything, ive reset it and still doesn't work.

4. After you edit a drum kit the only way to go back to the default kit is to factory reset the module.I cannot find a way to make it work with my Dtx450k.

1. Fix DTX402 Touch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DTX402 Touch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DTX402 Touch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DTX402 Touch" » Open DTX402 Touch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DTX402 Touch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DTX402 Touch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DTX402 Touch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DTX402 Touch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DTX402 Touch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DTX402 Touch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DTX402 Touch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DTX402 Touch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DTX402 Touch not working

2. Fix DTX402 Touch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DTX402 Touch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DTX402 Touch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DTX402 Touch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
