1. EASY way to edit kits and change sounds easier if you have an android, I'm using a Samsung S9 with a USB On The Go adapter connected with a "printer" cable that then connects to the sound module.

2. So intuitive that I will upgrade soon to a dtx500 series module and continue using my phone with it !! :DThis worked great - made editing the kit super easy (much easier than using the buttons) and the app fired up without problems the first try.

1. Fix DTX400Touch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DTX400Touch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DTX400Touch App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DTX400Touch" » Open DTX400Touch » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DTX400Touch » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DTX400Touch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DTX400Touch servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DTX400Touch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DTX400Touch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DTX400Touch might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DTX400Touch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DTX400Touch then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DTX400Touch not working

2. Fix DTX400Touch Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DTX400Touch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DTX400Touch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DTX400Touch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
