JioSaavn Customer Insights

1. Also the playlists go missing sometimes Not going to renew Not worth the penny!!!I can find songs that are not available on Spotify but still there are many issues with the development side of the is poor in quality I think you guys haven't spent that much time on quality of your app design.

2. I understand that the team must be working to resolve this, but some communication to all subscribers describing the problem (since such a HUGE chunk of music has gone missing) would have been greatly appreciated.It stop after every song.

3. All this while the playlist displays correct number of songs I added but when I open it, there is only 1 song and rest all are gone.

4. I was just scrolling the lyrics but guess what,the background of the song was going down instead.its only on the songs which doesn't have their lyrics synced.

5. If this is the issue, then how I was listening to the songs before in offline mode? This issue should be fixed.'Songs cannot be added to the queue while Radio is playing' is the most irritating thing on this app.

6. A numerous songs are missing, they don't have enough songs compared to other music apps like (Spotify).

7. I think you should look into that and improve the quality of the app.A large amount of songs are missing, even some of the popular & recently released songs are missing.

8. The quality of songs are ok but as some one mentioned here it sucks data out of your plan so be careful when playing songs over mobile network.

9. A lot of improvements are needed.This app used to be good for a casual listener like me but recently I noticed that a lot of songs that I used to listen and also songs added to my playlist are gone.

10. Please hire a better developer and fix this issue or you are definitely losing a pro member when the membership finishes.I have been using this app and other popular music apps for quite some time now.

11. I thought this app being an indian origin would have a large collection of songs form all languages but it doesn't.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JioSaavn Issues

1. Fix JioSaavn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart JioSaavn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JioSaavn App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JioSaavn" » Open JioSaavn - Music & Podcasts » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JioSaavn » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JioSaavn - Music & Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JioSaavn servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JioSaavn - Music & Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JioSaavn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JioSaavn might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JioSaavn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JioSaavn then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JioSaavn not working

2. Fix JioSaavn Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JioSaavn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JioSaavn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JioSaavn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
