The app is very stable overall, and it shows associated metadata (artists, songs, etc.) more reliable than TuneInIt was an awesome application to listen live music with the phone in your pocket or running in thr background, but now with these latest versions as soon as you put it in background tondo something on your phone or the phone screen is off, it stops the audio also.

2. They asked for a rating and I happily gave 5 stars, right after I gave the rating I began to get FULL PAGE ads which knocked my talk station out and many times I couldn't get it on again.

1. Fix XiiaLive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart XiiaLive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XiiaLive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XiiaLive" » Open XiiaLive™ - Internet Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XiiaLive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XiiaLive™ - Internet Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XiiaLive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XiiaLive™ - Internet Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XiiaLive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XiiaLive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XiiaLive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XiiaLive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XiiaLive not working

2. Fix XiiaLive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XiiaLive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XiiaLive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XiiaLive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
