Amazon Music Customer Insights

1. I just want to queue episodes up after the one I'm listening to in a good order! For WEEKS I have been getting a pop-up regarding "your download is starting" or "change your settings to allow downloads over mobile." Only, I have not had any music that has been queued to download.

2. If you delete a song from a list, the list freezes and won't let you scroll down, but the music keeps playing normally.

3. It adds extra songs to playlists of music I OWN!!!! I get the annoying shuffling option for people not paying the EXTRA fee for it but don't mess with the music I paid for, which is a lot! I already pay $120 a year for Prime and asking for more is greedy.

4. I wasn't happy with the most recent change in operation of playing similar songs to the song you want to hear if you don't have unlimited but I adjusted.

5. But even if I connect and start playing music, if I switch to a podcast, it goes to playing on my phone again.

6. Ridiculous waste of time. The app does have good music and a good sound, if you can get it to play 30 minutes straight without stopping.

7. There is not a way to connect to an Alexa device when playing a podcast but you can when playing music.

8. The 1 star review is for the interface I have amazon music on my cell phone, tablet, laptop, desktop and Xbox.

9. I have to shuffle the music and select a different song.

10. The app sucks but I have too much music on here from the last 10+ years that it's too late to do anything about it.I've been using Amazon music since 2011.

11. Music playing on both as a group has to be stopped on each device.
