Why should I report an Issue with DrAmpFree - USB Guitar Amp?

1. Pointless unless you have exactly that.starting audio engine is always crashes the app on asus zc554kl with android 8.1. is drAmp still supported?Does it really just work with the behringer input? I tried using a normal soundcard but it doesnt seem to workUsesless Doesn't work on newer Android version only works on order version phonesBest app on android.

2. Not that this is an issue for me, but it would be great if it supported other interfaces besides Behringer.It should be made compatible to work with an irig interface, as most of the apps do.

3. I'm presently using an irig interface and to use this app I will need to buy a behringer uca222 separately.Just downloaded.... I use Moto 5, anroid..I would like to use this as an amp...because I have some pedals with me.

1. Fix DrAmpFree Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DrAmpFree: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DrAmpFree App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DrAmpFree" » Open DrAmpFree - USB Guitar Amp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DrAmpFree » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DrAmpFree - USB Guitar Amp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DrAmpFree servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DrAmpFree - USB Guitar Amp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DrAmpFree app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DrAmpFree might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DrAmpFree. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DrAmpFree then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DrAmpFree not working

2. Fix DrAmpFree Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DrAmpFree be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DrAmpFree not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DrAmpFree may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
