LogMeOnce Password Manager Customer Insights

1. I expected this password manager to be able to autofill my login details on phone apps.

2. This is unfortunate because log me once is so full of great features.It's not password-less, it makes me use my fingerprint and then a pin every time I switch to the password page even when the app is already in use.

3. Making changes in the password manager doesn't seem to actually do anyting even after I've saved multiple times and even logged out and back in.

4. With this my only options are either: use the web version of everything, or go in to the LogMeOnce app, copy the password, and then paste it in the app.

5. I tried no less than 10 times to set up and account and every time it would tell me "your account password is expired" but I hadn't established a password yet.

6. Asks for a master password change way too often, increasing the possibility of forgetting the master password, which in turn increases the possibility of loosing all of your password.

7. The 1st time you can use your fingerprint but then you have to use a pin afterwards because the fingerprint reading option does not pop up on the screen, at least for Samsung phones with in screen fingerprints.

8. Camera qr scanner on the phone also crashes the application and for whatever reason reboots the device, mind you discord has the same feature and it works flawlessly.

9. That is one of my primary uses of a password manager.

10. The chrome extensions is chocked full of ads and is on a 4 hour timer.For a service that bills itself as logging in only once the process to get into the app itself is very cumbersome.

11. If it were possible to make this site your main home security/log in page upon start up or as screen saver, that would definitely add more security.
