1. I can use McAfee password manager as part of my virus protection put it doesn't have the key features needed.Been a user for over five years.

2. Very frustrating.I really want to love keeper, but there are several quality of life features that just about every other password manager has.

3. I'm trying to get into the app because it seems to be unable to auto fill one of my apps, but I can't even get to it for the crashes! This type of behavior will need to stop very soon, or I'll go with my next choice..Longtime happy user.

4. What's frustrating though is that when you save a password on Firefox, it does not automatically sync with the autofill on the phone app so autofill is useless (you end up having to open up the app and manually copy paste the password).

1. Fix Keeper Password Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Keeper Password Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Keeper Password Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keeper Password Manager" » Open Keeper Password Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keeper Password Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Keeper Password Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keeper Password Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keeper Password Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Keeper Password Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keeper Password Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Keeper Password Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keeper Password Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keeper Password Manager not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keeper Password Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keeper Password Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keeper Password Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
