1. 2-rich text format 3-the ability to turn off this feature: (when you stop writing - but still hold the pin to the screen thinking of what to write next - the app converts the last written word into a line as it thinks you hold intentionally to draw a line) 4- the ability to use the light theme while my device is in dark mode.In app purchase(planner) simply does not download.

6. There are plenty of apps out there, sorry, you were deleted and I will not be looking for any of your other titles.I'm using this on a chromebook which I've attached to a secondary display, a mouse, and a keyboard as my daily driver.

7. When I take handwritten notes, I need to be able to quickly look at the thumbnails, see the page I'm looking for and navigate to it.

1. Restart Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader" » Open Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Flexcil Notes & PDF Reader might not work.
