Thereafter, excellent though a bit fiddly to avoid touching screen with bevel edged phone.I found out early on that the actual protractor part that's supposed to line up is a level that I tried to calibrate but I couldn't even manage to do, just get a real protractor.Works great.. And very accurate .

Haven't really tested this mode much, but was pleased to discover this ability and can see numerous situations where this could be useful practically.As a woodworker, I might use this and it seems OK, but could do with markings for commonly used angles like 45, 15, 30, 60 or these numbers highlighted.

4. Also when using the touch setting there should be an option that will snap it to those angles because it's just too fiddly to hone in to the exact angle.

5. If it had those features then it could be genuinely useful, otherwise it's just a novelty.Awesome app! I just wish you could tap on the angle and manually put in the degree and then match the desired angle to that number.

1. Fix Smart Protractor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Protractor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Protractor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Protractor" » Open Smart Protractor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Protractor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Protractor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Protractor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Protractor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Protractor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Protractor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Protractor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Protractor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Protractor not working

2. Fix Smart Protractor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Protractor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Protractor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Protractor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
