Why should I report an Issue with SELPHY Photo Layout?

1. I know this app has issues but Google also makes life difficult as usual.Terrible... App istelf and interface is nice, simple and working well - WHEN CONNECTION WORKS! But connection works like once per 50 tryies... Keeps loosing connection and unable to reconnect no matter what I do - tried on multiple phones, tried do restart app, tryied to unplug the power for 1 minute and redo everything, nothing helps.Waste of time, cannot connect to any of my andriod phone.

2. I can't believe Canon, a leading printer company, made this trash.No matter how many cool features and options, this app is completely useless because it does not give you access to your pictures in select/custom folders.

3. Plus, you can't choose the folder you take the pictures from in tour phone so it's all the pictures mixed up in one single painful page.

4. Photo picking could be improved by allowing a date filter (but just save images anew and they'll be at the top of the list), and I don't like that it seems to insist on location services being enabled given there's no good reason for it.

5. Now with the most recent update when I open the only location of photos on my phone, "smartphone" it has every photo as it's own folder, so now I can no longer see each image of each photo.

6. It can only access one folder which appears to be the camera folder or possibly it is throwing all pictures on my phone in one folder.

7. This folder nonsense makes it impossible to find the specific picture I want to print.

8. With the selphy printer you are probably better off putting on a SD card or flash drive as things like cropping can be done on the printer screen.

9. I have 15.000 pictures on my phone.

10. You just choose the pictures to put in the layouts and cannot adjust them afterwards.

11. So I have to transfer pics from external sd card to phone for app to even see it.

1. Fix SELPHY Photo Layout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SELPHY Photo Layout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SELPHY Photo Layout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SELPHY Photo Layout" » Open SELPHY Photo Layout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SELPHY Photo Layout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SELPHY Photo Layout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SELPHY Photo Layout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SELPHY Photo Layout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SELPHY Photo Layout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SELPHY Photo Layout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SELPHY Photo Layout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SELPHY Photo Layout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SELPHY Photo Layout not working

2. Fix SELPHY Photo Layout Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SELPHY Photo Layout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SELPHY Photo Layout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SELPHY Photo Layout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
