I only kept using it with the hope that continual improvements would make it great, however with now requiring a monthly subscription or a very steep one-time cost for an app I wasn't sold on to begin with, I'm ready to look for a better alternative.UPDATE: I have returned to 5 stars... The app creator quickly responded and fixed the issue.

2. Aside from that, I really love this app.I love it! But it always crashes 😭 I can't get past the first page or two without it freezing and shutting down the app.. But I would really like to use it! The app has a lot of reading good information and journaling/gardening tools... I can just never keep it running for 2 minutes 😔 Update: 2/25/23 still an issue with using the app 😭It was still a work in progress before the latest update and paid feature requirement.

3. Finally, the app is much too expensive for my budget -- $4.99 a month or $46.99 a year? Are you kidding me? Especially when the app is trying to sell me supplies? Uninstalling.Not helpful to homesteading- paid for premium and quality does not match price.

1. Fix Seed to Spoon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Seed to Spoon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Seed to Spoon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Seed to Spoon" » Open Seed to Spoon - Garden Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Seed to Spoon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Seed to Spoon - Garden Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Seed to Spoon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Seed to Spoon - Garden Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Seed to Spoon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Seed to Spoon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Seed to Spoon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Seed to Spoon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Seed to Spoon not working

2. Fix Seed to Spoon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Seed to Spoon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Seed to Spoon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Seed to Spoon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
