1. This may not be it if you're looking to make a floorplan from scratch on your phone.I tried a few other floor planner, interior design apps and I have difficulties in using their interface and not managed to actually knows how to use it even with some of them having the tutorial or help content as I am very new to it.

2. This Floorplanner app is so much easier to use and I love using the online Floorplanner from the pc and the ability to view my floor plan design from the Floorplanner app on my android phone is great as well.

3. some objects can not be sitted onto other objects ( example: I made a wardrobe into a smaler drawer by changing the dimensions, I set the height dimension: 1 meter, raise from the floor: 0 meters, and then added a plant to be raised from the floor: 1 meter, so it can sit/be placed on top of the drawer, but it would not work.

4. It would be great if the floor planner app also includes the Google Cast button (Chromecast support) for casting it to TV instead of mirror cast.One of the best free apps curently on the market.

5. The rendering on the designs is very good, though.Terrible. Downloaded and for a week was fabulous for viewing my plans that I drew up on the PC, but after a week the app now wont work, opens then crashed and shuts.

6. It made me login (not necessary to design something, but ok fine, I'll give.) Then it tells me "you don't have any projects yet." No, I don't, so I'd like to...but there is no start/create/template etc anything button to press.

7. You can only view your projects and other preset ones, but not alter it on your mobile device.

8. I thought great, the app and I can design my basic building from my phone.

1. Fix Floorplanner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Floorplanner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Floorplanner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Floorplanner" » Open Floorplanner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Floorplanner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Floorplanner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Floorplanner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Floorplanner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Floorplanner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Floorplanner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Floorplanner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Floorplanner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Floorplanner not working

2. Fix Floorplanner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Floorplanner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Floorplanner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Floorplanner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
