Why should I report an Issue with Kitchen Design: 3D Planner?

1. How come cannot edit the room size 🙄 😒 Also frequently keep asking for upgrade to ProGreat app, easy to use and put together and give you a idea of your dream kitchen.

2. Difficult to find right unit, didn't mind that, but placing washing machine on wall unit and dishwasher on sink? I deleted them.

3. I want to test features! I will pay if it's what I need, but how will I ever know? To the developer; give us full features, but block screenshots, printing, sharing and saving.

4. Created all the rooms on the app to show the builder how I wanted it to look.So easy to make your ideas and style come to life both in realistic 3d rendering and in blueprint form.

5. Give us something to experience - other than the payment screen!!!Most of features is in pro version that need subscription.

6. We nearly made the mistake of purchasing dark colour floor tiles , that would not have matched the kitchen cupboards.

7. Especially loved taking pictures 2 send to my friends, store etc...Pretty simple and straightforward doesn't do too much or too littleAMAZINGLY useless app.

8. Took me exactly 10 minutes to go through all the features and options (spoiler alert: there aren't many).

9. The paint changes on the wall was easy to manipulate.

10. BUT not easy to use, no instructions, adverts annoying, not all options available unless you pay.There is no instruction.

1. Fix Kitchen Design Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kitchen Design: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kitchen Design App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kitchen Design" » Open Kitchen Design: 3D Planner » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kitchen Design » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kitchen Design: 3D Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kitchen Design servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kitchen Design: 3D Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kitchen Design app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kitchen Design might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kitchen Design. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kitchen Design then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kitchen Design not working

2. Fix Kitchen Design Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kitchen Design be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kitchen Design not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kitchen Design may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
