1. That said, I'm afraid to update the app as the last time I did I noticed the app began struggling to pick files from my file manager, and would delete (refresh) the page each time I tried to access my file manager or Google drive to take a file or two.

2. It seems to display the email in desktop mode and not mobile mode, is there a selection to change? Also the attachments and headers are big icons while the text is super tiny.

3. Lastly, it drove me crazy that to reply, you have to push a button at the top of the screen, which opens a menu at the bottom of the screen.I would love to give this app at least a 4, but being a paid service I have to critique some issues I would expect to be better.

5. The biggest problem is when sharing from other apps like a briwser to Canary, it doesn't work correctly.

6. I've had no problems adding accounts from different providers although the list is small, the "others" options take care of them.

8. And why is there no auto dark mode in this day and age? Nearly every mail app has this feature now.

1. Fix Canary Mail Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Canary Mail: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Canary Mail App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Canary Mail" » Open Canary Mail - AI Email App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Canary Mail » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Canary Mail - AI Email App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Canary Mail servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Canary Mail - AI Email App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Canary Mail app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Canary Mail might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Canary Mail. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Canary Mail then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Canary Mail not working

2. Fix Canary Mail Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Canary Mail be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Canary Mail not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Canary Mail may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
