Suddenlink Support App Customer Insights

1. Just problems with price gouging and lousy customer service.Needs A Lot of Work! Many features that you would would be included in trying to give SuddenLink your $ just don't work or are missing.

2. Its heart is in the right place, but it feels like it's still in an alpha state and needs some serious updatesDownloaded app to pay my bill last month since the website was all messed up.

3. --UPDATE-- 5/27 At least the app works now, but I still have to put in my password 3-4 times AFTER I pass the biometric scanner...I wish I lived closer to Frontier's C/O, I would switch in a heartbeat.....This app hasn't worked in months and even when it did it was horrible just like their website.

4. How could this be when I have autopay set up? Even though I had it set to pay the 'exact amount owed' it instead set to pay $0.0. Why would that even be an option? Obviously I would not choose that option, no one would.Just like Suddenlink Customer Service, this app is garbage.

5. You can pay bills and view some small account details, but other than that, it's filled with bugs and the majority of other sections just redirect you to their website.

6. The mobile page definitely doesn't allow it but since my internet is down I can't load the full website.

7. After my bill increased, I called and they said I would get a credit and that new plans would be out for loyal customers in July.

8. I'd like to check if Suddenlink is aware of the outage in my area but this app doesn't do that.

9. Loads long enough to where my phone automatically turns lights off when you don't touch the screen for a while only for me to open it and have to do the process again.

10. I checked other apps to see if it is my internet but all my other apps load up perfectly fine except for this.

11. You're meant to view bills in the app, but most of the file comes up blank within the app, so you may have to open the PDF with a separate viewer.
