1. Sorry, i would have bought the premium app but first work on the email contact first.If I m not wrong iv have setup the email correctly... I have also try the import exel method But I cannot send any message "it show warning error check your input something like that..... How come this apps has a pro Access even I cannot send email is try version??? I'll will rate 5star if this problem is solved... And also lastly.. the template doesn't even work.. it always directed to editor... Mode..A complete disappointment, and the end-result... made me look a fool in my client(s) eyes.

2. It's used to send marketing emails, and this app have manay features.. this app supports many email services such as elastic mail etc love itYou all are the same! It was always telling me to check my input even after i checked and everything was set right! I even tried sending to one E-mail, a friend's and it still didn't work.

5. Post 20/4/2020:I use the Gmail SMTP method for bulk send emails.

8. Where does this app have any "Mail Merge" features and/or capabilities? When my message was sent, each recipient is listed in the 'Mail To' field!! I'd have used BCC had I known that.

1. Fix BESC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BESC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BESC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BESC" » Open BESC - Bulk Email Sender Clien » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BESC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BESC - Bulk Email Sender Clien app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BESC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BESC - Bulk Email Sender Clien" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BESC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BESC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BESC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BESC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BESC not working

2. Fix BESC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BESC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BESC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BESC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
