Now you can view the status of your Postal Mail directly from the homepage of the App. • When viewing mail items you can now swipe left to label a mail item for reference, or to take an action. • To label an item: Simply swipe left on a mail item, then select and click on the pencil icon which takes you to a field where you can label a mail item for reference, type in insurance for example, and then click on the check-mark in the top right corner to complete. • To take an action: Swipe left on a mail item, then click on the lightning icon and select an action, like Open & Scan or Forward. • Once a mail item has been labeled you can now search for mail items using the search field at the top of your phone. • Simply type in the text or ID # used when labeling a mail item, for example, if you labeled some items "insurance", then type in that text in the search field, and voila all mail items related to "insurance" show up. • You can now take an action, like Shred or Recycle, on multiple mail items at once. • Look for the the double-check icon in the top right corner, click on it and so you can select all the mail items that you want to take action on.

1. But EVERY other app and browser accesses the internet and works perfectly! This app is literally the only app with an issue!!! It is non-functional, and useless! I would rate it zero stars!The service is great & I like the local office staff who handle our mail.

2. Other than that, the app works fine, but not getting notifications is a big deal.Too much money!!!( And we can't seem to ever complete our request correctly! Them we get storage fees, and too much to send a bundle of mail! Their explanations seem to differ a bit so we call the PO.

3. Never got one! I will not be using this device or mail address when my year is up! I need notifications when my mail arrives.Cannot download scanned items.

4. They charge you $5 per letter even though they bundled them all into one and then charge another $5 for doing it so forwarding 3 items in a single envelope that costed maybe $3 to ship I was charged $20 for.

5. Today, when I choose an action on any of my inbox items, whether open & scan or recycle or shred, it logs me out with an Expired Session notice.

6. Prior issues: blurry scans - problem with Anytime Mailbox, not local office's scanner; and scans not able to be viewed in app.

7. The save button says failed and the Export button doesn't do anything at all.No longer sends me notices of new mail.

8. Support says the way to resolve these issues is to delete the app & reinstall hours later - super inconvenient!This has been a nightmare.

9. They've been out biggest help but ... looking for another service.It's a pretty simple interface.

10. They also charge you for every letter to be shredded even if it's junk you just want thrown out.

11. You can't even do simple account changing (adding forward address).Complete rip-off.

1. Fix Anytime Mailbox Renter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anytime Mailbox Renter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anytime Mailbox Renter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anytime Mailbox Renter" » Open Anytime Mailbox Renter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anytime Mailbox Renter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anytime Mailbox Renter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anytime Mailbox Renter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anytime Mailbox Renter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anytime Mailbox Renter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anytime Mailbox Renter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anytime Mailbox Renter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anytime Mailbox Renter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anytime Mailbox Renter not working
