1. Seriously att this is a very important aspect of my phone and it's the worst running app on it! Is this really the best you can do? It's pathetic to say the least...Well, it takes at least a few minutes for the number to show up in the app when a voicemail is left.
2. which says: [This app is for AT&T landline voicemail, not mobile phone voicemail.] That is why many can't get it to accept pin, etc.
3. Now it just won't install and says "Can't install AT&T Voicemail Viewer".
4. Followed the troubleshooting steps Google recommended and tried to reinstall the app but that fails too, so now I don't have it at all on my phone.
5. The update won't install on either my tablet or phone.
6. I enter my regular VM pin and phone number and I just get an error message.
7. I downloaded the update but got an error and it wouldn't install.
8. When you touch a voicemail in the app it gives an error that the server cannot be reached, when there is an internet connection.
9. the visual voicemail that came with my note9 only shows a list of callers, but no voice to text.
10. Suggestion to developer... put landline in the name to avoid confusion.Update 6/8: The app has bern fixed.
11. I've sent AT&T the error message as it says to do if I have any issues but I have not heard from them at all.
