1. Very, Very, Very, Very bad app and insurance service providerWasted a lot of time before i got the OTP, from full charge my battery was drained just by resending the OTP request every 2 minutes which is very frustrating 🤦 ♂️I can't access the mobile app since 2 wks ago.

2. And also im a diamond nember, and as i read the coverage, for optha its 2000 riyals but when i came in the optical shop they said its only 1000It is the worst app comparing to other insurance Apps.

4. Allows members to access their information including reimbursement claims.After registration.. And logging out into the app.. When i try to sign in into the app and enter my identity number and password.

5. very slow , showing ther error in server , showing there is no internet etc it doesn't work .Crashing all the time.

6. I can't register at all as I'm not receiving the OTP and when I receive it, it's already past the 2 minutes what's the use?! even after regenerating it does the same thing , you should fix this issue!it us not application it is disaster .

1. Restart Saudi Enaya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Saudi Enaya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Saudi Enaya" » Open Saudi Enaya Mobile App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Saudi Enaya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Saudi Enaya Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Saudi Enaya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Saudi Enaya Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Saudi Enaya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Saudi Enaya might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Saudi Enaya. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Saudi Enaya then reinstall.
