Why should I report an Issue with Videoleap : Editor - VideoMaker?

This app is NOT easy to use.You may think it is at first glance but when you try and use it,It's super laggy,gives you a lot of ads,AND doesn't let you make the photos/Videos longer or shorter which I would like in a Video editor.I have been trying so hard to find Video editors and when I found this one I was happy until like I said was laggy,ANd had lots of ads.I found another different Video editor called Kinemaster way better bearly gives you ads AND can make the photo/video Longer/Shorter!!!What a rubbish,dumb,cheap app is this? 2. The real one on my ipad.I really want the real videoleap to be on google play.Im sure everybody wants it.And stop making apps that look like proper apps but there just a slideshow only.Not a video editor This app is just a photo slides how maker.

No ads come, the app itself closes.I mean thats good, but i thought it a video editor then it only chooses pictures, i mean thats good for picture editor, so i was thinking to fix the tittle to photo editor? That will be great!this is not even a video editor it only lets you add photos and make it into one video.

4. That's why it's getting terrible reviews on Google Play and good reviews on the Apple app store.When i try to make a video, it says i need to have "more than 2 pictures" and so i click 3 pictures, then it says "wait for ads".

1. Fix Videoleap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Videoleap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Videoleap App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Videoleap" » Open Videoleap : Editor - VideoMaker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Videoleap » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Videoleap : Editor - VideoMaker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Videoleap servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Videoleap : Editor - VideoMaker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Videoleap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Videoleap might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Videoleap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Videoleap then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Videoleap not working

2. Fix Videoleap Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Videoleap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Videoleap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Videoleap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
