Why should I report an Issue with FoxTailMega: Subtitle Editor?

1. I'm eagerly waiting for its advanced version for editing video files alongwith the subtitles that supports all kinds of android phones, ipads, IOS, tablets etc....i.e. going to be launched by the end of January 2020I would give this app 5 stars if it just didn't use to stop working.

2. There is one negative thing to it, after processing the video, the app will add an extra black frame! so the translation will not be on the video, but will apear in the extra space made by the app, and its ok, unless you want to share the video on Instagram or WhatsApp story, because since the translation is not exactly on the video but in the extra frame, will not appear! Which is frustrating.

3. Then why in the hell the apps should extract something, we only need to watch the video while editing the subtitles.

4. The whole process worked fine, but the minute I tried typing the actual subtitles, the app would shut down and restart.

5. That's all.I was looking for an app that would help me embedd subtitle's to the video.

6. All other apps don't allow to create subtitle in srt from scratch.

7. I tried with .ts format video files and it supports that.

8. I've recently downloaded it & one thing I've liked the most about it that the creator of this app himself have explained everything in details to guide every individual about its operation as soon as you open FoxTailMega:Subtitle editor.

9. The srt file did opened but when I clicked onVIDEO+SUBTITLE option my phone automatically turned off! And plus there are no setting's for font style, colour and size so please fix that too.

10. When I was making the subtitle as well it just suddenly came outside and all thing that I've done is gone then I have to make everything again.Worst app ever.

1. Fix FoxTailMega Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FoxTailMega: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FoxTailMega App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FoxTailMega" » Open FoxTailMega: Subtitle Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FoxTailMega » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FoxTailMega: Subtitle Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FoxTailMega servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FoxTailMega: Subtitle Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FoxTailMega app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FoxTailMega might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FoxTailMega. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FoxTailMega then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FoxTailMega not working

2. Fix FoxTailMega Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FoxTailMega be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FoxTailMega not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FoxTailMega may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
