Why should I report an Issue with FocoVideo – Music Video Editor?

1. But lots of adds and not many options but its still good.I once used it.....It was really nice....but now.... It was the worst app...... When I downloaded it it doesn't show me anything except for the "For You" section screen and nothing else ....it shows Ooops ! Something went wrong in every other showcase.....and even if I try to edit a video from for u section it doesn't load it........it's really annoying.......pls don't download....just a waste of time....This app is getting annoying.

Im quite unhappy with the results.The update is so ugly.. you need to watch a video or get premium to remove watermark but when you tap watch ad it says failed to load ads but if you tap the x it can't saved!! Hope you bring back the old one and I will change it to 5 stars!If i could, i would rate it as a zero.

3. Then we just need to select photos and it will edit itself and make a perfect video.

5. Sorry to say, but i m going to uninstall this app.Something wrong with this apps.

9. I had to once restart my phone inorder to exit the app.

10. So in this app there are lots of types of videos with songs and we can choose what we want.

1. Fix FocoVideo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FocoVideo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FocoVideo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FocoVideo" » Open FocoVideo – Music Video Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FocoVideo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FocoVideo – Music Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FocoVideo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FocoVideo – Music Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FocoVideo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FocoVideo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FocoVideo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FocoVideo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FocoVideo not working

2. Fix FocoVideo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FocoVideo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FocoVideo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FocoVideo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
