Why should I report an Issue with AirBuddy?

1. Unfortunately all apps aren't built the same.I've installed 2 other apps like this but only this one works, a bit laggy with volume control thoThis is screen reciever.. It is one of the best ! Works in all the android smart devices such are phones ,tablets,smart projectors ...displays screens of high resolution above FHD resolution ..but that depend on the resolution of the device this is been installed ..I love it ..is very good toolFree version is only good for 15 minutes and 15 photos.

2. Cuts off all the timeAnd works with the trail few minutes, Then pay to unlock and now the phone don't see to find the vizio WTH! Unstable don't work all time.Norhing works on about 4 different android devices I own.

3. I bought this app also and I feel sorry for thatIt's just very annoying that I keep getting interruptions even after paying the .99¢Paid for full version but it still asks me to buy it on my android tv.

4. I cant even send to itself from one device to another!I had high hopes thinking that this would work as seamlessly as the air video worked with my previous iphone.

5. The problem here u can only cast video from YouTube with disconnection problems every 2 minutes and not from Google online like web video cast or tubio app.

6. Find a different way.I just want an app that can send pictures to my Apple TV.

1. Fix AirBuddy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AirBuddy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AirBuddy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirBuddy" » Open AirBuddy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirBuddy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AirBuddy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirBuddy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirBuddy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AirBuddy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirBuddy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AirBuddy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirBuddy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirBuddy not working

2. Fix AirBuddy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirBuddy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirBuddy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirBuddy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
