1. I use this to help assist with me watching my special needs child and if I can't go back to see what he was doing then it doesn't serve me any purposeI finally found a good alarm clock with a 2way audio and great quality picture.
2. 22, app has eventually updated on Android 13 but now crashes, I can't use the cam now, please assist.sometime it hang, need to power on off.It always tune media sound very loudly when opened, no matter what you tuned before.
3. Can't be used as surveillance camera becuz: when you try to access playback/alarm events, the app USUALLY! stops and displays 'BlueCam app has stopped', 'Open app again', 'Send feedback'.
4. Which password do I use? My account or the code that came with the product.Hi, this app has worked for me many years however the latest update will not update on my note 20 running Android 13, please kindly assist with this.
