Videoleap Customer Insights

1. (I am using android).I hate this app it's not like the other editor!! and if i try to save it it's so weak! even the signal is so strong!! I hate this app i hope some one will make up this app so it would be usefull!!It is not good because it is just showing select photos and edit but it's not showing to edit videosThis is useless.

2. What the heck is wrong with this app- Im using this app to edit videos but there are no options to edit videos just pictures.

3. Aterly uselessIt should be zero stars but anyway, it wouldn't even let me do my video and when I tried it crashed over and over again...... smhUgh I tried finding the zoom in effect for a Tik Tok but nothing seems to work.

4. I guess I'll just have to use funimate since the actual app doesn't use androidsCan't even see an option to add videos to edit.

5. I mean I literally clicked on done after selecting my pics and guess what! It just took me back to the beginning.

6. This is really stupid, please fix this.

7. Not very intuitive.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Videoleap Issues

1. Fix Videoleap Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart Videoleap: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Videoleap App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Videoleap" » Open Videoleap : Video Editor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Videoleap » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Videoleap : Video Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Videoleap servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Videoleap : Video Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Videoleap app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Videoleap might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Videoleap. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Videoleap then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Videoleap not working

2. Fix Videoleap Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Videoleap be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Videoleap not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Videoleap may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have been facing an issue with videoleap app. Whenever i select any template, after adding my video. It gets stuck on 53 percent " creating your video" it takes 10 to 15 minutes or more to edit my video. It is more than enough. It annoys me. There must be some issue with app. Everything in my mobile is perfect. But app has got some Issues.

  • I have the Videoleap App on my Iphone, I've had it about 3 years I believe. It has worked great until this week however now when I go into my "Projects" it gives says "downloading...." and doesn't load the video project. I've went into my Iphone settings and everything looks normal. The location I'm currently in is remote, but I do have cell service and Videoleap has worked well here previously.

    My app isn’t right, because one of my projects got frozen i deleted the app and then lost all other projects. Started a new one and it froze too, i already tried restarting everything and all the basic things you can do. The app isn’t working properly , please help. Very important project.   • Hi, i have been using Videoleap for around 3 months, i have the pro version and i absolutely it!! how ever i edited some footage from my GoPro today (approximately 16 minutes) and at first the app did render the footage down, but i spotted a few issues with my footage which needed to be addressed. then when i went to render the exact sane footage again, it would not complete the video rendering mode, during every attempt the % reader would get stuck on 87% and would not move passed that - do you have any solutions.

    Device: iPad 9th gen
    Software is updated
    using Pro version of app

    am i missing something because i have never experienced these issue before today?

  • I will add photos and video files to videoleap to create a video through the app. However, if I ever go into my iphone and delete the photos or video files there for some reason I get an error in the videoleap app where they're also deleted there.
    On some of my older videos this isn't a problem. I uploaded photos to create a video and then after I deleted the photos from my phone they stayed in the video through y'all's app. I don't know why this is changed or if this is an error, but now I can't delete any of my video sources or photos on my phone otherwise it destroys the video on the app.

  • I emailed what I thought and still believe to be customer support. I did not know after my trial that I’d automatically be signed up for the yearly subscription. I wanted to month to month to see if I would use it enough. I’ve only used it 2x so far and haven’t really been able to use some of the templates for my needs. I’d really like to be refunded and charged a month to month fee please! This also happened with Beatleap: I didn’t wNt to cancel completely just wanted to take a minute to work with it make sure it was a good tool for my business . It over drafted my account and I’d very much appreciate someone rectifying this situation.

    I’m sending this email since I’ve used the free 7 day trial and canceled before the week ended. Even doing that, I was still charged for an automatic 29€ payment. Having said that, I would like to have a refund since I have canceled my subscription before the end of the trial period and I’m not interested in continuing to use the service.

    I have subscribed to the pro version of your app, which works really well. The only problem is that when i export the video, the sound fx just disapear and i cant fix it. They are ok in the project but as soon as i export, the sounds desapear. Also if i export in 4k, the filters or effects get messed up.   • Not sure anyone reads this, I’ll just post my opinion in the App Store.
    The problem that I’ve asked about before like a (month at least) that some… most videos give me a pop-up that says “ Seems there is an issue with this file, to avoid issues in saving your video the file has not been imported” I’m not even trying to save my video I’m trying to use it. I have a subscription I don’t think it’s fair to have the app that I pay for that doesn’t allow me to gather snippets of video. I know it’s not me because its not every video, it’s just most. This really upsets me because I do enjoy this app so much that I do pay and I’m often suggesting this app to others as I’ve got a group in a social media platform that I’m able to chat with more people.
