1. here are some suggestions to make this experience even better for everybody: fix the 2 icon problem fix the weather problem (it doesn't update) in the next firmware update: let us know the name of the song that's being played! make the watch not vibrate when the phone's display is on add an option in dial setting where we can customize the texts' place and size as well as the image and text color thank youMaybe you should make a feature to not get the notifications if the screen is on.

2. Software update of either the phone or the app didn't help.I like the new customisable watch faces, I'd like to make my own, but I don't see how, is this possible? Referencing other reviews, yes the app needs polishing, indeed developing further, but the hardware it's for isn't a premium product and the software reflects that, but it's very functional.

3. Suggestion : (1)on user watch face option allow to change display position.(2)allow to add extra tools on one of the main sliding options.Interferes badly with wifi, via bluetooth.

4. Conclusion: it has a good point of start but, you easily get lost.The watch itself have a good internet review, but the apps its sucks.

5. Notifications needs update especially with Facebook messenger, even by just opening a chat bubble, it will send out notification to the watch.

  4. Check Haylou Fit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Haylou Fit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Haylou Fit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Haylou Fit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Haylou Fit not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Haylou Fit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
