1. Excercises are also generic.This app is amazing! You can really feel the burn it gets my heart rate up and I definitely sweat alot but the only downside is the BMI is really off so don't pay attention to that but everything else is great! It has 3 different levels of difficulty I do all 3 a day and I love the way it congratulates you after your done it makes me feel like I did something right lol I feel like it's working with my weight loss journey don't knock it till you try it! (And I'm being honest this is real)The App is good and the exercises beginner friendly.

I had to go on YouTube to get the proper way to go about them.Its amazing man🥳🥳just make the weight graph more understandable it sometimes looks like your weight is increasing.....but anything else is all good...and thats y u get 5 stars....its amazing....consistency brings results😉😉The workouts are super simple just one day and i can already feel the burn in my thighs.

Edited to give all the stars!Ignoring the occasion where the animation doesn't portray the current excercise, the BMI math is WAY off, saying it's over 1000 for me when it's closer to 25.2 (which I imagine isn't good for those who may have health issues like bulimia, or someone like me who despises their body already and don't need a bit of weight fear thrown in as well).

Thats the big one😡Oh I love this app really effective but everyday the timings keep increasing when I'm just a beginner but anyways I really like this app it helps me to change my body the workouts are really challenging but great ❤️and a question ...why does the app keeps stopping when I want to go to settings ?This is the best thing that has ever happened to my Android .

5. Tried to guess at it then again tonight the app won't work and I don't really feel like figuring out all my days again and running through ads again- and having to do this every day to use the app.

6. Also doesn't seem to keep track of data accurately AT ALL, saying I burned 0 calories over the past 3 days or so.

7. I cannot track my progress or enter my height and weight like its blank.

8. It starts with hip workout but you have to watch three separate videos to unlock the 30 day squats and 30 day lunges and the 8 min abs.

9. It has a 30 day work out routine with days of rest but here are my issues.

  2. Update the Workout App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Workout" » Open Workout for women in 30 days » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Workout » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Workout for women in 30 days app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Workout servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workout for women in 30 days" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Workout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Workout might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Workout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Workout then reinstall.
