TX State Parks Official Guide Customer Insights

1. It needs polishing though, I simply cannot get the maps to work, nor download the trails maps - it says I need an internet connection for the latter!! Now, when I select the MAP button it comes up with just a grid, and the pins indicating where the parks are...but no map.

2. So as not to double up on parks we visit, unless on purpose...there are several that we will and have revisited! The app needs to work like the park guide book.

3. I am using Android 11, and the App appears to be using ESRI...why not use Google maps? I have seen on an off problems with ESRI in the past. The only thing I don't like about this app is that when you use the map where the parks are pinned, it no longer shows the data of the state.

4. Love the ease of purchasing passes online... We are able to use the app even when hiking, it's easier to keep up with than trying to carry the paper map! Only wish there was a way to keep track of parks visited.

5. Would love to see that fixed! Still waiting to see the map FIXED!I used to use the app all the time to scout out my next adventure but recently I've been using it and when using the map, you can only see yourself and the pins of the Parks.

6. That signals to me that the whole app is probably not being updated as needed to keep the info current.Good attempt, very easy to use, and contains a lot a information about the parks.

7. It would be a great feature to locate parks near my current location, or for planning visits to multiple parks.

8. An alphabetical list of parks is about as useful as a vacation guide to Europe that lists all the cities alphabetically, not within their country.

9. Would be great to have the park info (with working maps) PLUS the ability to manage my account, passes, and reservations, etc.

10. 2) a feature on each park listing that would allow you to make notes about that particular park, for personal use, would be just -awesome! Thanks! :)Fix the map grid!!! I just deleted and reloaded this app in the hope the map was fixed, but it is not.

11. It doesn't connect to my TPWD account, so its not really helpful in making and managing reservations, and it doesn't save my parks pass.
