1. You are way better off just paying with your credit card at the parking lot (it's super easy to use! Way easier than this garbage app)App is convenient, but very stupid design! Asks you to choose your stay length, and still defaults to the maximum allowed time.
2. Contacted their customer service and they asked me to log out, which not only meant I had to search for this seemingly easy feature which closed the chat... then I couldn't even find the logout button so my only solution was to wait until it almost expired and repay for parking.
3. And I still got a ticket despite oaying for the maximum allowed parking (the app only gave the choice of 1 hour of parking, or 1 full day of parking.Not surprisingly this 1 star app delivers a 1 star experience.
4. It prompted me to submit a review and clicking on the link too me to a broken page Extremely uselessIf you pay by PayPal, you cannot extend time because it will always give you an error about credit card information not correct.
5. Due to that, I have to spend extra 33 dollars for my parking! I do not know how they could miss this feature... As usual it is not because I want it to park in East park, I have no other choice... Worst app I have ever seen.
6. The app requires consent for a huge amount of personal information (a lot of irrelevant personal information like acces to contacts), does not tell you the correct parking lot you are in, and is really inconvenient.
7. I was so frustrated with it this morning that I just paid using the meter.Most of the time when open the app it just stays on a title screen and won't do anything, so I have to force close and re open several times before I can use the app.
8. Also, no actual instructions on how to extend your original session which makes it VERY frustrating for an out-of-towner using the app for the first time.As with many reviewers here, I was also ticketed after using this app.
9. If you explicitly deny location permissions to the app, it detects that, opens correctly but uses the opportunity to harass you EVERY SINGLE F*N TIME you open the app that you should turn on location for a better experience.
10. I required 3 hours of parking but after attempting six times to pay for only 3 hours (and repeatedly being promoted to pay for 12) I finally gave up and paid for the full hourly day rate.
11. Maybe if they displayed the lot numbers you dont have review these appeals!Having to wake up at 6am just to pay for more parking is not what i would consider convenient.
