1. Holds information about the places like the opening time,website and the map.The maps has all the places listed and with drop down menu where you have a brief information about each places which is great; veryuser-friendly.

2. Even after a whole day in the museums card price not pay off.Handy in planning and synchronizing itineraries.I try audio tours in every city I visit and I love the combination of story telling and factual information provided.

3. Pretty, but clunky to use, not that much information and with headings or icons that, annoyingly, take up half the screen and don't seem to be able to be hidden below or above the screen (while using the map, for instance).

4. Walks are interesting (would like to see more of those as I take walks around Vienna daily) but scrolling each individual location is a bit trying as, half the time, the screen freezes or rolls back up.

1. Fix ivie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ivie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ivie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ivie" » Open ivie - Vienna City Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ivie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ivie - Vienna City Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ivie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ivie - Vienna City Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ivie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ivie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ivie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ivie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ivie not working

2. Fix ivie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ivie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ivie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ivie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
