1. Call during business hours.The only thing this app does is show my last service call that was actually resolved so I needed to cancel it.

2. The dispatcher did give me the name and phone number of the service responding so I could call them if they didn't show up by 8am.

3. I will go with another service once my subscription is up.Awful, I understand weather is extreme in my area and may there may be delays, but to not get anyone to talk to or wait for someone to pick up phone for on almost 30 mins x4 times, then get disconnected.
