1. Really useful app.This is an extremely useful app! It has become really indispensable for me as the 'daily driver' in situations where I would otherwise be unable to read a street sign, a train schedule, a label etc., but it also helps a lot with those letters on bright white paper, which by means of the filters available in the app, suddenly become easily readable.

2. The interface is not cluttered with distracting buttons or symbols either - which is great! Even on older devices the app performs decently.Have tried several magnifying apps recently but this has been by far the best.

3. The colour filters allow me to invert the colours, so those tricky things on a white background are suddenly clear and easy to read.

4. i have an old phone true but the other apps simply work better/more clear.

8. Being ad free is a huge bonus.Many of the others with ads, becuase their vision is so poor they often accidently click an ad and get lost as they are taken away from the app.

9. The biggest plus for me (or anyone concerned with security) is minimum permissions I don't see why all the other magnifiers need location, WIFI, Phone info, etc., also No ads , and the camera works.

1. Restart weZoom Magnifying Glass: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the weZoom Magnifying Glass App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "weZoom Magnifying Glass" » Open weZoom Magnifying Glass » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for weZoom Magnifying Glass » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear weZoom Magnifying Glass app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from weZoom Magnifying Glass servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "weZoom Magnifying Glass" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check weZoom Magnifying Glass app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, weZoom Magnifying Glass might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall weZoom Magnifying Glass. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall weZoom Magnifying Glass then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing weZoom Magnifying Glass not working
