1. Why would I trust an eye training app that can't even correctly diagnose my problem in the first place? I contacted customer support to see if they could clarify the situation, and their only response was 'you haven't started the training yet' - in other words, they didn't even bother reading my message about the incorrect results of the vision test.I paid for subscription a few years ago and had excellent results.
2. I did a couple of very boring sessions... and there's no way I could make myself do that every day (and I'm really good at focusing on repetitive, boring tasks, actually) unless there were really good studies of its long-term effectiveness - and there's not.Like many others when Google Play auto renewed me, I cannot get access to the app.
3. Very unprofessional.This app has definitely improved my eyesight! I was at the point of having to have reading glasses with me at all times - couldn't read normal print without them.
4. Way happier with Ultimeyes ($0.99) Glasses Off's $9.99/mo for a 3 mo training suddenly turns into $59/yr if you want the "maintenance phase" to retain the effects.
5. I finally contacted GlassesOff, and they went above and beyond to resolve the technical difficulty, and also added the time lost to my subscription.
6. They used to offer lifetime access for an outrageous $159, then in the last few weeks they switched to an even more outrageous subscription only.
7. I have not been using my glasses since commencement of the first session.
8. I'm not squinting anymore to read my phone.Took the vision test, it said my vision is nearly perfect.
9. I'm giving them a low rating, however, because even though I auto renewed my subscription, the app locked me out.
10. After asking 3 or 4 times for help, the response was delayed, told the app was reset, but nothing has been done.
11. After 3 months, I find I really don't need glasses at all, unless the room is really dark and the print very, very fine.
Bonjour C’est la troisième fois que j’essaye de vous contacter sans aucune réponse de votre part. J’espère avoir plus de chance sur ce site... Je possède l’application Glassoff depuis plusieurs années. Le prélèvement automatique pour l’abonnemen d’un an à bien été encaissé par vous ce 20 juin. Malgré cela l’application me demande de m’abonner et refuse de continuer mon entraînement. Lorsque je vous ai contacté via le support de l’application, je devais recevoir une réponse dans les deux jours. Votre application me plaît mais j’avoir que je suis un peu fatigué de ces demandes sans réponse. Je souhaite utiliser l’application mais si vous ne pouvez pas résoudre mon problème pouvez vous me rembourser le 59,99 euros que vous avez encaissé le 20 juin. Cordialement André Perreton
