1. App is really clean and easy to use.Useless. Scaling with the magnetic card doesn't work on my laptop !? I follow the steps, I put a card (8,5 cm) on the laptop screen (15") in the middle of the scan area, I scan with the phone's camera (the six points are all inside the scanning frame), but nothing happens.
2. I have tried numerous times to get the scanner to work but I always get a message "your phone is too close to the screen" or "your phone is to far from the screen" or "image blurry " I have yet to fully complete a scan without one of those messages not allowing me to move on.
3. I used this app and took that prescription to zenni optical and it's a match made in heaven. After installing & granting permissions, it gives error that my device is not supported even though it's a relatively recent, LG V60 flagship phone with a best-in-class camera.
4. All though "magnetic card" could be anything, the images strongly suggest using a credit card, since that's probably the closest thing to a magnetic card most people have.
5. Really seems like a scam to get your credit card info to me.This app is just as bad as the last one I tried, extremely frustrating and my anger issues just cant.
6. So this app pretty much just gave me confirmation that I was using the right setting.10/10 - I couldn't find a mm ruler on hand, and I was actually having a hard time measuring to begin with.
7. For those worried about using your credit card, I just used my license and it worked fine.
8. With this, the developer instead breaches security protocols and deceitfully grabs access to consumers' devices, making their app de facto clickbait crapware.I'm sorry, but this app just seems really suspicious.
9. I should not have to show my credit card to the camera just so you can measure my face.
10. You need a computer screen when scanning your glasses but it was quick and easy.
11. I mean if you're using it to get the IPD on your VR headset at the right setting this app will do the trick without needing a stupid ruler.
