1. - the status of the bills are unclear or wrong! On top, the app does not let add photos/scans from device, one must use in-app integrated camera to append a document to a request.Definitely much better than the web interface, but the fact that you cannot upload documents from your phones storage is my biggest pain point.
2. It is now indeed more secure as even I cannot log into my account! If you manage to get past the login screen, the app works fine.Usually worked well to send bills to my health insurance.
3. It continually goes back and forth between the opening page and the sign-in screen and never actually logs me into my account.Easy way to inform your health insurance about your open invoices, let's see if the process will be faster as promised in the letter from SI.
4. Generally the app is fast and has good usability, things are easy to find and work well.I cannot log in to my account, it just doesnt let me in.
5. It is quite annoying that the App didn't give me any information that I reached this limit.Easy to upload the documents and fast response from Signal with the money.Don't waste your time with a beta app.
6. And that the app asks you if you are finished, it gives you time to check you haven't forgotten to photo a page.Direkt messages to Signal Iduna through this app are always ignored.
7. And even over the browser there is no way to get it.... i guess i just have to send all the docs via email 🤷 ♀️Very good, I like the fact you can write an accompanying text with the bills.
8. Almost every second time, I cannot enter the app because of some "errors" which are not clear to the user.
9. After calling and asking what happened, I was told to do it all over again, since the App cannot handle more than 50 photos at once.
10. I can log in only once in ten attempts, I have to always go through the screens with the “advantages“ of the app before login and cannot save my password.
11. - the documents cannot be fetched.
