1. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME unless you want to keep spending unnecessary extra money for their "services"intentionally constructed so you make irreversible mistakes and waste your money...all customer service says is "tough luck, sucker!" They refuse to make any changes or refunds.

3. I do realize that you are a budget telecommunication service (no offense), but please do try to stabilize the app.They will steal your money.
4. They will take money from your account then they'll put a 'data protection lock' on your account that forces you to put more money on your account if you want to use your own data.
5. Changing subscription sometimes does not work properly & I loose money thinking it changed it.
6. There are so many others out there-don't use this one! They will not be around long, since they would rather cheat you out of 15 euros than have you pay them 360 yearly.Worst mobile service ever.
7. You put your money on your account, and instead of applying it, they waste it, and then delete whatever remains.
8. Network performance that I will ever advise my enyming .to attend trying to after my €30 XL options all was booked but no network no contaction it doesn't work.
9. Bought SIM at the airport and was told no problem with service on Wangerooge, island in Nth sea.But I got 0 cell service.
