A real shame as it's been having problems for months nowIt used to be a good APP but not anymore, when I try to look for cities they don't appear, and last update is horrible, I can only check travels, and if I try to go through th guides the app directly closes, basically it doesn't work it's a shameThis is my FAVORITE and must use app.

Not useful or worth downloading anymore.Hmmmm, I used to find this amazing with lots of content about everything I could imagine, now I find myself logged out and making a new account and very little to find on where I want to go? Was better, not sure what's gone onI used to love this app, but it's just stopped working.

3. I keep getting invalid input and error messages.This is a great app and I've found some interesting places to visit and good places to eat thru it.

4. They disappear when I close the app down and are replaced by random ones I didn't create for places I haven't looked at.Used to work great but now does not work at all.

5. Now all my lists have disappeared, every time I log into the app it shows different lists that o never created, on top of that looks like I can't even find cities I'm interested into anymore.

6. It seems like their whole system is botched.It used to be a really good app for organising trips, I used to save all the collections that interested me so that once on holiday I didn't have to spend any time googling stuff.

1. Fix Culture Trip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Culture Trip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Culture Trip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Culture Trip" » Open Culture Trip: Book Travel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Culture Trip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Culture Trip: Book Travel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Culture Trip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Culture Trip: Book Travel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Culture Trip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Culture Trip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Culture Trip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Culture Trip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Culture Trip not working

2. Fix Culture Trip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Culture Trip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Culture Trip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Culture Trip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
