1. But the support center is a complete failure, first you have to call as there is no chat support or email support, then you have to enter 12 digit code!! After that tell your issue and code to 2-3 personals, that that they eill disappear amd you issue will never get resolved.New Review: It's been more than a month now.

2. Hence not contacting your support.This app charges extra for cancellation of tickets in the name of their policy even when they get the full refund from Airlines.

3. Of course, when I contacted customer support, Cleartrip wouldn't refund the payment and also charged a cancellation fee.
